1Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the 888starz website accessible at https://888starz.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services provided under the 888starz brand.

"Player Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a verified user of the Platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance, bonus balances, and transaction history.

"Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a Player Account denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding bonus funds unless wagering requirements have been met.

"Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by 888starz that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

"Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times).

"KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification processes required by 888starz before processing withdrawals, as described in Section 5 of this Agreement.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an 888starz account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 (twenty-one) years or above. 888starz strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 and employs age verification measures to enforce this restriction.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 888starz or any associated platform.
• You must register only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited without notice.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

888starz reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Where an application is declined, any deposits received will be returned to the original payment method used.

3Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 888starz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 888starz support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 888starz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.
• 888starz employs SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. However, the security of your local device, network connection, and login environment remains your responsibility.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

888starz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts transacting via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 888starz does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• 888starz reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

888starz is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations. You must successfully complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide:

• A clear copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or an internationally recognised passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and mobile number.
• In some cases, additional documentation such as a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address may be required.

KYC documents submitted to 888starz are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

6Bonuses and Promotions

888starz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account if the time limit is not met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 888starz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including by opening multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies, or systematically exploiting low-risk betting patterns — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888starz platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hand or game state information in real time during live casino sessions or poker games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Platform software. Any winnings obtained as a result of an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds deposited to or withdrawn from the Platform.
• Creating duplicate accounts or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion or account ban.
• Making statements that are defamatory, threatening, or harassing toward 888starz staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access or interfere with systems, data, or networks associated with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.

8Responsible Gaming

888starz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. All accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager over a defined period regardless of wins or losses.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your play session exceeds a duration you set.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing 888starz. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms and any resulting account will be immediately closed with balances forfeited.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 888starz platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video materials — is the property of 888starz or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 888starz.

10Limitation of Liability

888starz provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888starz excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.

• 888starz shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• 888starz is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or delays outside its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions in Pakistan.
• In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of 888starz to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Amendments to These Terms

888starz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless circumstances require immediate implementation (for example, changes required by law or to protect the integrity of the Platform).

Your continued use of the 888starz platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting support.
